Our family has lived in Oklahoma for over 50 plus years and started building in Mustang and West Metro, OK in the 1970s.

We care about our  community, our customers, your home, and the experience you have with us. We are well known for quality craftsmanship and being easy to do business with as you will deal directly with the builder and not salespeople and level of employees.  We work with you directly to get you as close to everything you want in a home as close to the budget you need to be in.

My father Mike Merryfield laid the foundation early and built a very strong reputation for me to live up to and  for me to carry on and I take it very seriously to do so. I take a team approach to building. Building a home should be fun and I want the building the experience to be fun and not stressful for you and me :) . We work together throughout the process to make decisions together because in the the end its your home and not mine and I want you to be happy with your home . Whoever you decide to build your home you should take the time to review their reviews, check out homes or photos of homes they have built, talk to their current or previous clients , and  meet with the builder. We have to both be comfortable because we will be spending the next six months together communicating and meeting.

As far as financing your custom home I have lending partners who can finance the construction loan in your name, work with your existing equity in your house, or do construction to permanent financing with one time close. I also carry the construction notes at times but it all depends on your exact situation and what I have going on as well at the moment.
